Allgemeine Beschreibung

The LM5574-Q1 by Texas Instruments is a straightforward and efficient buck regulator designed to simplify the power supply creation process. With an input voltage range of 6-75V and a continuous output current of 0.5A, this regulator offers ease of use with an integrated 750mΩ N-Channel MOSFET. Its Emulated Current Mode architecture ensures excellent line regulation, tight load transient response, and simple loop compensation without the limitations of low-duty cycles. The adjustable operating frequency of 50kHz to 500kHz allows for optimization of size and efficiency, while the frequency synchronization pin reduces EMI and enables self-synchronization with other LM(2)557x family ICs or an external clock. The LM5574-Q1 also provides robustness with features like cycle-by-cycle current limit, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and remote shutdown.
