15KPA48A Allgemeine Beschreibung

The 15KPA48A is a top-of-the-line product specifically engineered to shield sensitive electronic devices from voltage surges caused by lightning strikes and other transient voltage events. This series is not only Halogen-Free and RoHS compliant but also boasts a maximum temperature coefficient ΔVBR of just 0.1% at 25°C. The glass passivated chip junction in the P600 package can handle an impressive 15000W peak pulse capability at a waveform of 10-1000µs with a repetition rate (duty cycles) of 0.01%. With a rapid response time of less than 1.0ps from 0 Volts to BV min, this product guarantees excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance
