24C01C-I/SN Allgemeine Beschreibung

The 24C01C-I/SN by Microchip Technology Inc. is a 1K bit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM that operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. This device is organized as a single block of 128 x 8-bit memory and features a 2-wire serial interface. Its low-current design allows for maximum standby and active currents of only 5 µA and 1 mA, respectively. Additionally, the 24C01C-I/SN offers a page write capability for up to 16 bytes of data and fast write cycle times of only 1 ms for both byte and page writes. It also has functional address lines that enable the connection of up to eight 24C01C devices on the same bus, providing up to 8K bits of contiguous EEPROM memory. The device is available in various packages including the standard 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin 2x3 DFN and TDFN, and 8-pin MSOP and TSSOP packages, making it suitable for a variety of electronic applications
