The 74VHC573M is a cutting-edge high-speed CMOS octal latch designed for efficient performance in various electronic applications. With its 3-STATE output and silicon gate CMOS technology, this latch offers rapid operation akin to Bipolar Schottky TTL, while also maintaining low power consumption typical of CMOS devices. Its functionality is centered around an 8-bit D-type latch controlled by a latch enable input (LE) and an Output Enable input (OE#). When OE# is set to a HIGH state, the eight outputs switch to a high impedance mode, allowing for flexibility in circuit configurations
