A5973D013TR Allgemeine Beschreibung

The A5973D013TR is a highly efficient and versatile power switching regulator suitable for a variety of applications. With a minimum switch current limit of 2.25 A, this regulator can deliver up to 2 A DC current to the load while allowing the output voltage to be adjusted from 1.235 V to 35 V. The HSOP8 package with exposed frame helps in reducing thermal resistance, ensuring optimal performance with a low Rth(JA) of approximately 40 °C/W. Equipped with an internal P-channel DMOS transistor with a low RDS(on) of 250 mΩ, this regulator minimizes the need for external components, making it a compact and efficient solution. Additionally, the internal oscillator sets the switching frequency at 250 kHz, providing stable operation
