The resistor came, the whole thing. Works, on current 3a and voltazh at a decrease from 16.7 to 12.7 is heated, the temperature is up to 60 degrees. Celsius comes in 20 minutes. Above did not rise, there was a resistor with thermal paste on the aluminum body of the car batteries.
