AT90S8515-8JI Allgemeine Beschreibung

Atmel's AT90S8515-8JI is a powerful 8-bit microcontroller with advanced features that make it suitable for a wide range of applications. Its RISC architecture and powerful instruction set enable it to operate at a maximum frequency of 8 MHz, while the 8KB of in-system programmable flash memory, 512 bytes of EEPROM, and 512 bytes of SRAM provide ample storage for data manipulation and storage. With a wide operating voltage range of 4.0V to 6.0V, it is well-suited for battery-powered and portable devices. Additionally, the microcontroller boasts 32 general-purpose I/O lines, a 12-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter, two 8-bit timers/counters, a programmable serial USART, and a programmable watchdog timer. Housed in a 40-pin PDIP package, it is easy to integrate into existing systems, making it a convenient option for developers and engineers
