BPW96C Allgemeine Beschreibung

The BPW96C phototransistor is designed with an NPN transistor polarity and a peak spectral response wavelength of 850nm. It has a low power consumption of 150mW and a compact T-1 3/4 (5mm) transistor case style with 2 pins for easy integration into circuits. This phototransistor offers a viewing angle of 20° and a current Ic typ of 50mA, making it suitable for applications that require precise light sensing and detection. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, the BPW96C can perform reliably in a wide range of environmental conditions
