CD74HCT237E Allgemeine Beschreibung

The CD74HCT237E is a high-speed silicon gate CMOS decoder designed for memory address decoding and data routing applications. It offers low power consumption typical of CMOS circuitry, while also providing speeds comparable to low power Schottky TTL logic. With three binary select inputs and an active High Latch Enable signal, the outputs can be isolated from select input changes, enabling the circuit to function as a one-of-eight decoder. Additional features include Output Enable inputs for cascading and demultiplexing purposes
