D8020L Allgemeine Beschreibung

Littelfuse's D8020L rectifier boasts impressive capabilities, with currents ranging from 15A rms to 25A rms and voltages from 200V to 1000V. Its electrically-isolated TO-220 package design enables flexible use in common anode or common cathode circuits, simplifying stock requirements and reducing the need for multiple part types. The Teccor brand silicon rectifiers are equipped with glass-passivated junctions, ensuring long-term reliability and stability, and providing a robust barrier against junction contamination. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, these rectifiers are built to withstand challenging environments. They can handle lead solder temperatures of up to 230°C for 10 seconds at a minimum distance of 1/16" (1.59mm) from the case. The electrically-isolated TO-220 devices can endure a high potential test of 2500VacIrms from leads to mounting tab across the operating temperature range. Additionally, the typical reverse recovery time (trr) is 4µs, with test conditions of 0.9A forward current and 1.5A reverse current
