Maxim has introduced the DG442DY+ as part of its revamped DG441/DG442 analog switch lineup, showcasing improvements in on-resistance characteristics and flatness. These switches offer a maximum on-resistance of 4Ω with guaranteed flatness up to 9Ω, ensuring consistent performance in both switching directions. Users can expect low charge injection (up to 10pC), minimal power consumption (1.65mW), and a robust ESD tolerance of 2000V minimum following Method 3015.7 guidelines. Additionally, off-leakage current has been reduced to less than 5nA at high temperatures like +85°C
