FAN7380MX Allgemeine Beschreibung

The FAN7380MX is a highly efficient and reliable monolithic half-bridge gate-drive IC designed for MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +600V. Its advanced level shift circuit allows for high-side gate driver operation up to V_S = -9.8V (typ.) for V_BS=15V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The internal shoot-through protection circuit provides 100ns dead-time to prevent output switching devices from both conduction during transition periods, ensuring stable and safe operation. Additionally, the UVLO circuits for both channels prevent malfunction when V_CC and V_BS are lower than the specified threshold voltage, further enhancing the reliability of the IC
