FAN7382MX Allgemeine Beschreibung

The FAN7382MX is a versatile and reliable half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs with a maximum operating voltage of +600V. With ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode noise canceling technique, this IC ensures stable operation of the high-side driver even in environments with high dv/dt noise. The advanced level shift circuit enables high-side gate driver operation up to -9.8V (typical) for VBS = 15V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications
