FAN7392MX Allgemeine Beschreibung

Designed for high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTs with operating voltages up to +600V, the FAN7392MX is a sophisticated monolithic high- and low-side gate drive IC from ON Semiconductor. Its buffered output stage, equipped with all NMOS transistors, ensures high pulse current driving capability and minimal cross-conduction. Leveraging ON Semiconductor’s high-voltage process and common-mode noise canceling techniques, the FAN7392MX maintains stable operation of the high-side driver under high dv/dt noise conditions. The integrated advanced level-shift circuit enables high-side gate driver operation up to V_S=-9.8V (typical) for V_BS=15V, while its logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic levels. Additionally, the FAN7392MX features a UVLO circuit to prevent malfunction when V_CC and V_BS fall below the specified threshold voltage. With its high-current and low-output voltage drop feature, this IC is well-suited for half- and full-bridge inverters, switching-mode power supply, and high-power DC-DC converter applications
