With the HMC510LP5(E), users can expect a reliable GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO that delivers exceptional performance and versatility. By integrating resonators, negative resistance devices, and varactor diodes, this VCO offers half frequency and divide-by-4 outputs to meet a variety of application requirements. Its outstanding phase noise performance remains consistent across temperature variations, shocks, and manufacturing processes, thanks to its monolithic structure. Operating at a power output of +13 dBm from a +5V supply voltage, this VCO provides the option to disable certain functions like the prescaler and RF/2 to conserve current when not in use. Packaged in a compact leadless QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package, this voltage controlled oscillator simplifies installation by eliminating the need for external matching components
