HS1B-0547RH/PROTO Allgemeine Beschreibung

The HS1B-0547RH/PROTO is a radiation hardened analog multiplexer with Active Overvoltage Protection and guaranteed r_ON matching. It is designed to withstand analog input levels that greatly exceed power supply levels without damaging the device or disrupting other channels. With active protection circuitry, this multiplexer ensures signal fidelity even under fault conditions that would destroy other similar devices. The analog inputs can handle constant 70V peak-to-peak levels with ±15V supplies, while digital inputs can sustain continuous faults up to 4V greater than either supply. Additionally, the device protects signal sources from short circuiting in the event of multiplexer supply loss, presenting 1kΩ of resistance under such conditions
