HTS221TR Allgemeine Beschreibung

The HTS221TR is a digital humidity and temperature sensor designed for use in portable devices, industrial applications, and HVAC systems. It comes in a compact package measuring only 2 x 2 x 0.9 mm, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 1.71V to 3.6V and communicates via I2C or SPI protocol.The HTS221TR offers a temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C and a humidity range of 0-100% RH with an accuracy of ±3.5% RH. It has a low power consumption of 2 μA in standby mode and 0.01 μA in power-down mode, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The sensor also features a built-in 128-byte EEPROM for storing calibration data, eliminating the need for external memory.Additionally, the HTS221TR features a programmable interrupt pin for high/low humidity and temperature thresholds, allowing for real-time monitoring and control. The sensor is factory-calibrated and does not require any user calibration, simplifying integration into various applications.
