One of the key features of the ISL6146AFUZ is its integrated charge pump, which provides the necessary gate drive voltage for the MOSFET(s) to function effectively. Additionally, users have the flexibility to adjust the VOUT - VIN trip point using external resistors, allowing for customization based on system power supply noise levels. The FAULT pin provides an indication in case of any conditional or FET faults
