With the ISLA216S20IR1Z, you get a series of low-power, high-performance, 16-bit, analog-to-digital converters that deliver exceptional dynamic performance while minimizing power consumption. The series is designed with FemtoCharge™ technology on a standard CMOS process and supports sampling rates of up to 250MSPS. What sets the ISLA216S apart is its highly configurable, JESD204B-compliant, high-speed serial output link, which offers data rates up to 4.375Gbps per lane and multiple packing modes. The SPI port allows for extensive configurability of the JESD204B transmitter, providing control over numerous additional features including fine gain and offset adjustments, as well as the programmable clock divider. Packaged in a space-saving 7mmx7mm 48 Ld QFN package with a thermal pad for improved thermal performance, the ISLA216S is specified over the full industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), making it an ideal choice for applications where power efficiency and high performance are critical
