L4008L6 Allgemeine Beschreibung

The L4008L6 product is a versatile 8 Amp bi-directional solid state switch series that is specifically designed for AC switching and phase control applications. It is commonly used in a variety of applications such as motor speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. The Sensitivetype devices included in this series guarantee gate control in Quadrants I & IV, making them ideal for digital control circuitry. In contrast, the Standardtype devices typically operate in Quadrants I & III and are triggered from the AC line. Moreover, the Alternistortype devices are specially designed to operate in quadrants I, II, & III and are commonly utilized in circuits that require high dv/dt capability
