LM20BIM7 Allgemeine Beschreibung

The LM20BIM7 is a precision analog output temperature sensor that offers accurate temperature monitoring over a wide range of -55°C to 130°C. With a power supply operating range of 2.4V to 5.5V, the LM20 is versatile and reliable in various temperature sensing applications. Its transfer function is primarily linear with a predictable parabolic curvature, ensuring accuracy within ±1.5°C at 30°C and a maximum error of ±2.5°C at temperature extremes. Additionally, the LM20's low quiescent current of less than 10μA minimizes self-heating to less than 0.02°C in still air, providing accurate temperature measurements even in low-power environments. The LM20 also features intrinsic shutdown capability, thanks to its low power consumption, making it easy to power directly from the output of logic gates or operate without the need for a shutdown mechanism
