LM311 Allgemeine Beschreibung

The LM311 is a highly versatile comparator that can operate on a single power supply ranging from 5.0 V to 30 V, or on split supplies of +/-15 V. This flexibility allows for a wide range of applications, making it suitable for use with various operational amplifiers. Additionally, the device's inputs can be isolated from the system ground, while the output can drive loads referenced to ground, VCC, or VEE supply. This feature enables the LM311 to drive different logic types such as DTL, RTL, TTL, or MOS. Furthermore, the output is capable of switching voltages up to 50 V at currents of up to 50 mA, making it ideal for driving relays, lamps, or solenoids
