LM393DR2G Allgemeine Beschreibung

LM393DR2G is a dual differential comparator designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. It features two independent voltage comparators with an open collector output stage that can be directly interfaced with TTL or CMOS logic. The LM393DR2G has a low current consumption of 0.4mA per comparator and a common-mode input voltage range that includes ground. It is compatible with automotive applications and is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C.The device is available in an SOIC-8 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Its high-speed response time of 0.3μs makes it suitable for applications that require fast response times, such as automotive sensors, power supply monitoring, and battery management systems.
