The LP2995M is a versatile linear regulator specifically designed to meet the JEDEC SSTL-2 and SSTL-3 specifications for DDR-SDRAM termination. With its high-speed operational amplifier, this regulator ensures excellent response to load transients, making it ideal for applications requiring precision and stability. The output stage of the LP2995M is designed to prevent shoot-through while delivering a continuous current of 1.5A and transient peaks of up to 3A, meeting the demanding requirements of DDR-SDRAM termination. Additionally, the LP2995M features a VSENSE pin for superior load regulation and a VREF output as a reference for chipsets and DDR DIMMS, ensuring reliable and efficient operation in various electronic systems
