This monolithic device is capable of precisely converting RF signals into DC voltage on a linear scale, providing an accurate representation of the input RF signal in dB. Its exceptional performance is achieved through the use of cascaded RF detectors and RF limiters, which ensure a 60dB input dynamic range. The outputs from these components are combined to produce a log-linear DC voltage that accurately reflects the input RF signal
