TheMAADSS0009 is ideally suited for use where highaccuracy, fast switching, very low powerconsumption and low intermodulation products arerequired. Typical applications include radio andcellular equipment, wireless LANs, GPS equipmentand other Gain/Level Control circuits.The MAADSS0009 is fabricated with a monolithicGaAs MMIC using a mature 1-micron process. Theprocess features full chip passivation for increasedperformance and reliability.
