MBRS260T3G Allgemeine Beschreibung

The MBRS260T3G is a Schottky diode designed to provide rectification and voltage clamping in electronic circuits. Its characteristics make it suitable for a range of applications, particularly where low voltage drop and high switching speed are essential.

The Schottky Rectifier employs the Schottky Barrier principle in a metal-to-silicon power rectifier. It features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact.
