MC33172P Allgemeine Beschreibung

III. The MC33172P op-amp, part of the MC33171/72/74 series, is constructed using innovative design concepts and high-quality bipolar fabrication techniques. These monolithic op-amps can operate at 180 A per amplifier and offer a gain bandwidth product of 1.8 MHz, along with a 2.1 V/s slew rate—all without the need for JFET device technology. Particularly suitable for single supply operation, these op-amps feature a common mode input voltage that includes ground potential (VEE). With a Darlington input stage, the devices provide high input resistance, low input offset voltage, and high gain. The NPN output stage ensures no deadband crossover distortion and a large output voltage swing, along with high capacitance drive capability and excellent phase and gain margins. Additionally, the op-amps exhibit low open loop high frequency output impedance and a symmetrical source/sink AC frequency response. Available in single, dual, and quad configurations, the MC33171/72/74 series is offered in plastic and surface mount packages and is specified for use across industrial and automotive temperature ranges
