ML8511-00FCZ05B Allgemeine Beschreibung

Hamamatsu's ML8511-00FCZ05B UV sensor module is designed specifically to measure the intensity of UV radiation from sunlight. Equipped with the advanced ML8511 UV photodiode and on-chip amplifier, this module is capable of accurately detecting UVA and UVB rays within a response range of 280 to 390 nm. Its compact size of 7.2 mm x 7.2 mm x 0.95 mm and low power consumption of just 1uA make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. With a wide dynamic range of 2.5 mW/cm² to 15 mW/cm², the module ensures precise measurements across varying light intensities. Furthermore, the hermetically sealed package and built-in filter provide protection from environmental factors and unwanted visible light, guaranteeing accurate and reliable UV measurements
