It features integrated 600 V gate drivers, which not only simplifies layout but also reduces the external component count, making it a convenient and efficient choice for power supply applications. With a unique architecture that includes a 500 kHz Voltage Controlled Oscillator, the NCP1397 offers flexibility for ORing functions. This controller is equipped with a suite of protection features, allowing for configurable settings to optimize performance in any application. From auto-recovery or fault latch-off to brown-out protection, open optocoupler, soft-start, and short-circuit protection, the NCP1397 ensures reliability and safety in operation. Additionally, the adjustable deadtime feature helps to prevent shoot-through current, further enhancing the controller's robustness. For automotive applications, there is also an Automotive certified version available (AEC-Q100/PPAP), ensuring that the NCP1397ADR2G meets industry standards for quality and reliability
