With integrated power MOSFETs, this regulator delivers up to 14A output current with an adjustable output and SVID interface. Its high switching frequency of up to 1.2 MHz allows for the use of smaller inductors and capacitors, resulting in a compact footprint without sacrificing performance. The current-mode RPM control, combined with feedforward from both the input power supply and output voltage, ensures stable operation across a wide range of conditions
