NLX1G99DMUTCG Allgemeine Beschreibung

The NLX1G99 MiniGate is an advanced, high-speed CMOS multifunction gate that boasts a three-state output. With the output enable input (OE Bar) set to High, the output is disabled and remains at a high impedance state. Conversely, when the OE Bar is at Low, the device can be configured for various logic functions, including MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR, XNOR, INVERT, and BUFFER, depending on the combination of the 4-bit input. The NLX1G99's Schmitt-trigger inputs enhance its noise immunity, making it an ideal solution for applications where electromagnetic interference is a concern. Additionally, the device's input and output structures provide protection against voltages up to 7.0 V, regardless of the supply voltage
