The SIDACtor solid state protection devices with product code P0080SC from Littelfuse offer reliable protection for telecommunications equipment, enabling them to meet stringent regulatory standards like GR 1089, ITU K.20, K.21, and K.45, IEC 60950, UL 60950, and TIA/EIA-IS-968 (formerly FCC Part 68). Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, these devices provide a repetitive surge rating (Ipp) that is guaranteed for the product's lifespan. The bi-directional nature of the listed SIDACtor® devices ensures consistent performance for both forward and reverse polarities. Customized solutions for special voltage and holding current requirements are available upon request, allowing for tailored protection solutions. Off-state capacitance, a key parameter for device performance, is measured at 1 MHz with a 2V bias to provide accurate and reliable protection for telecommunications equipment
