PESD2CAN,215 Allgemeine Beschreibung

Designed for reliable protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) events, the PESD2CAN,215 is a bi-directional/reverse stand-off voltage protection diode with a maximum stand-off voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 41V. It provides maximum ESD protection of 15kV in air and 8kV in contact, with a breakdown voltage ranging from 26.2V to 30.3V. Operating in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 150°C, this diode comes in a SOT-23 package with 3 pins for surface-mount installation and has a moisture sensitivity level of MSL-1. It is supplied on tape and reel packaging for easy handling and automatic placement during assembly
