S8006DRP Allgemeine Beschreibung

The S8006DRP is a high-performance thyristor with a Peak Repetitive Off-State Voltage of 800V, making it suitable for a variety of applications where voltage regulation is crucial. With a Gate Trigger Current Max of 15mA, this thyristor is efficient in switching states when required. Its On State RMS Current of 6A ensures stable operation under normal conditions, while the Peak Non Rep Surge Current of 83A allows for temporary overloads without compromising performance. The Holding Current Max of 30mA ensures the thyristor remains latched even in challenging conditions. Operating within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the S8006DRP is reliable in both extreme cold and hot environments. Housed in a TO-252 case with 3 pins, this thyristor is easy to integrate into existing circuit designs. Plus, with a Gate Trigger Voltage Max of 1.5V, the S8006DRP offers a low-power solution for voltage control applications
