SG1526J Allgemeine Beschreibung
The SG1526J stands out as an exceptional monolithic pulse width modulator circuit, tailor-made for fixed-frequency switching regulators and power control applications. Housed in an 18-pin dual-in-line package, this device features a range of essential components including a temperature compensated voltage reference, sawtooth oscillator, error amplifier, pulse width modulator, pulse metering and steering logic, as well as two powerful low impedance power drivers. Boasting protective features such as soft-start, under voltage lockout, digital current limiting, double pulse inhibit, adjustable deadtime, and more, the SG1526J ensures reliable performance with added safety measures. The active LOW logic design allows for easy integration with various systems, offering flexibility and convenience. Whether used in single-ended or push-pull switching regulators, this versatile device excels in diverse applications while maintaining high performance even in extreme temperatures
