The SM72295MA/NOPB is a robust and efficient full-bridge MOSFET driver, designed to deliver high peak current of 3A for fast and effective switching. Equipped with integrated high-speed bootstrap diodes, this product ensures reliable performance in driving 4 discrete N type MOSFETs. The inclusion of current sensing capabilities, with 2 transconductance amplifiers and externally programmable gain and filtering, allows for accurate measurement and control of average current in the system. Additionally, the buffered outputs of the current sense amplifiers offer a versatile interface for A/D converters, enhancing the flexibility and adaptability of the driver. With an externally programmable input over voltage comparator and under voltage lockout feature with PGOOD indicator, the SM72295MA/NOPB prioritizes safety and protection by preventing operation under unfavorable voltage conditions
