SN54ALS645AJ Allgemeine Beschreibung

The SN54ALS645AJ is a powerful octal bus transceiver that enables bi-directional data communication between buses. It can efficiently transmit data from either the A bus to the B bus or vice versa by controlling the direction through the DIR input. Moreover, the output-enable input allows for the deactivation of the device, effectively isolating the buses when needed. The -1 version of this product, the SN74ALS645A, enhances the maximum recommended IOL to 48mA, providing increased capacity. While the SN54ALS645A and SN54AS645 variants are designed for operation in harsh military temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C, the SN74ALS645A and SN74AS645 models are tailored for temperatures from 0°C to 70°C. With these features, the SN54ALS645AJ and its different versions offer reliable and adaptable solutions for data bus communication in a variety of temperature settings
