With the ability to transfer data between the A and B buses based on the logic level at the direction-control (DIR) input, this transceiver offers enhanced flexibility in managing data flow. Furthermore, the output-enable (OE) input allows users to disable the device, ensuring effective isolation of the buses when necessary
