SP3012-04HTG Allgemeine Beschreibung

Featuring AEC-Q101 qualification, the SP3012-04HTG is part of the SP3012 series, specifically designed for use in automotive applications. Equipped with 3, 4, or 6 channels of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional zener diode, this product offers robust protection against destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD) for electronic equipment. The SP3012-04HTG is capable of safely absorbing repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (±8kV contact discharge) without suffering performance degradation. Its extremely low loading capacitance also makes it an ideal choice for protecting high-speed signal lines such as USB3.0, HDMI, USB2.0, and eSATA. Available in a compact SOT23-6 form factor, the SP3012-04HTG provides board designers with superior layout flexibility, making it a reliable solution for protecting electronic equipment in automotive applications
