The SP3078EEN-L/TR is a cutting-edge 3.3V RS-485/RS-422 transceiver tailored for industrial use. With a lightning-fast 20Mbps data rate, this transceiver is ideal for high-speed communication in industrial control systems, factory automation, and process automation. Its wide common-mode voltage range of -7V to 12V ensures reliable communication over long cable runs in noisy industrial settings, while built-in protection features like short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection guarantee robust operation in harsh conditions. Moreover, it meets the stringent EMC requirements of industrial applications with ESD protection up to ±15kV and an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Additionally, a low quiescent current of 1.1mA makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. Packaged in a small 8-pin SOIC package, the SP3078EEN-L/TR is easily integrated into compact industrial designs
