ST1PS03A1QTR is a compact, nano-quiescent synchronous step-down converter that is tailored for applications prioritizing efficiency, small PCB footprint, and low thickness. It can deliver an output current of up to 400 mA within an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The converter allows flexibility in setting the output voltage through three digital control inputs, accommodating values between 1.6 V and 3.3 V. Its innovative peak current control (PCC) technology drives high efficiency conversion with minimal components, including just a 2.2 µH inductor and two small capacitors. The device is engineered with low quiescent current and integrates a controlled switch accessible from VIN_AUX to power a subsystem. Encased in a thin plastic package, the ST1PS03 is well-suited for applications where efficient power management in a compact form factor is essential
