ST25DV16K-IER6T3 Allgemeine Beschreibung

The ST25DV16K-IER6T3 is a highly efficient and flexible NFC RFID tag offering 16 Kbit of electrically erasable programmable memory. Its dual interfaces include an I2C serial link for operation from a DC power supply and an RF link for contactless memory mode. In I2C mode, the user memory can be divided into flexible and protectable areas, providing up to 2048 bytes. In RF mode, the user memory can be split into up to 512 blocks of 4 bytes, following ISO/IEC 15693 or NFC forum type 5 recommendations. The ST25DV16K-IER6T3 supports fast data transfer between the RF and contact worlds, thanks to a 256 bytes volatile buffer, and includes a GPO pin to provide information about incoming events to the contact world. Additionally, it features an energy harvesting capability under suitable external conditions. In summary, the ST25DV16K-IER6T3 is a versatile and powerful dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC expansion board suitable for a wide range of applications
