THS4131CDR Allgemeine Beschreibung

The THS4131CDR is part of a family of fully-differential input/differential output devices from Texas Instruments, designed with a high voltage complementary bipolar process for optimal performance. Featuring a true fully-differential signal path from input to output, this device offers a high supply capability of up to ±15 V, resulting in excellent common-mode noise rejection performance (95 dB at 800 kHz) and minimal total harmonic distortion (−102 dBc at 2 VPP, 250 kHz). Additionally, its wide supply range allows high-voltage differential signal chains to benefit from improved headroom and dynamic range, eliminating the need for separate amplifiers for each polarity of the differential signal. The THS4131CDR is also characterized for operation over a wide temperature range of –40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for a variety of applications
