Designed for ease of integration, the THS9001DBVT is a high-performance gain block with internal impedance matching to 50 Ω. With exceptional input and output return loss exceeding 15 dB from 50 MHz to 350 MHz, this cascadeable amplifier operates at V_S = 5 V, R_(BIAS) = 237 Ω, and L_(COL) = 470 nH. Its simple design requires only 2 dc-blocking capacitors, 1 power-supply bypass capacitor, 1 RF choke, and 1 bias resistor for seamless integration
