TLVM13660RDLR Allgemeine Beschreibung

The TLVM13660RDLR is an integrated DC/DC module that provides a compact and efficient solution for a variety of applications. With its 36-V, 6-A capacity, the module combines power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, and passives within an Enhanced HotRod™ QFN package. The positioning of the VIN and VOUT pins at the corners of the package allows for optimal input and output capacitor placement, while the larger thermal pads beneath the module simplify layout and handling during manufacturing. The TLVM13660 is designed for easy implementation of low-EMI solutions, with an output voltage range from 1 V to 6 V and as few as four external components required for the total solution. Despite its compact size, the module offers robust performance features, including precision enable with hysteresis, resistor-programmable switch node slew rate, integrated VCC, bootstrap, and input capacitors, constant switching frequency, negative output voltage capability, and a PGOOD indicator for sequencing, fault protection, and output voltage monitoring
