TPS2829DBVR Allgemeine Beschreibung

The TPS2829DBVR MOSFET driver is a high-speed, single-channel device capable of delivering peak currents of up to 2 A into capacitive loads. With BiCMOS outputs, it achieves fast switching speeds of 14 ns typ for both rise and fall times. The threshold switching voltages are set at 2/3 and 1/3 of VCC, minimizing shoot-through current. Additionally, a regulator is integrated in the TPS2816 through TPS2819 models, allowing operation with input supplies ranging from 14 V to 40 V. This regulator output can power external circuits within package limits, and if not needed, VDD should be connected to VCC
