Its 260-kHz VCLK output can be leveraged to drive an external charge pump, effectively enhancing gate drive voltage for load switches without compromising the efficiency of the main converter. The TPS51275RUKR ensures high efficiency, fast transient response, and a combined power-good signal, contributing to reliable and stable performance. Operating with a supply input voltage range of 5 V to 24 V and supporting output voltages of 5.0 V and 3.3 V, this controller utilizes adaptive on-time, D-CAP™ control for efficient operation. Encased in a compact 20-pin, 3 mm x 3 mm, QFN package, the TPS51275RUKR is designed to operate within a temperature range of –40°C to 85°C
