The TPS79533DCQ is a part of the TPS795 family of linear voltage regulators, known for their high power-supply rejection ratio, low noise, and fast start-up. This 6-pin SOT-223 and 3-mm × 3-mm VSON packaged regulator is stable with a small 1-µF ceramic capacitor on the output. It utilizes an advanced BiCMOS fabrication process to achieve extremely low dropout voltages, as low as 110 mV at 500 mA. With a fast start-up time of approximately 50 µs and a low quiescent current of 265 µA, this device is suitable for applications requiring efficient power management.
