TSC2004IYZKT Allgemeine Beschreibung

The TSC2004IYZKT is a touch screen controller designed for power-sensitive, handheld applications. With a supply voltage as low as 1.2V, it is perfect for single-cell battery applications. The controller features an ultralow-power, 12-bit, analog-to-digital resistive touch screen converter, complete with drivers and control logic. Additionally, it offers preprocessing of touch screen measurements to reduce bus loading, freeing up valuable host processor resources for other critical functions. The TSC2004 supports I2C serial bus and data transmission protocol in standard, fast, and high-speed modes, with programmable resolution of 10 or 12 bits to accommodate various screen sizes and performance needs. This versatile controller is available in a miniature 18-lead 5 x 5 wafer chip-scale package and a 20-pin 4 x 4 QFN package, both characterized for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C
